Jenkens Group specializes in residential design of new homes, additions, alterations and remodeling. Our ability to directly work with homeowners, investors, and builders – result in durable designs for the contemporary and modern lifestyle of today’s energetic culture. We understand how to listen, what questions need to be asked, and what unique elements to look for when creating spaces that have a deep sense of purpose, culture, and surrounding.
From planning and assessing the feasibility of the site to a complete set of design/construction drawings used for permits and actual construction – we take our clients through the exciting journey of custom building. Some folks come to us with a couple sets of plans (from magazines or the internet), hand drawn sketches, and some pictures of exteriors they like. They like parts of ‘this plan’ and ‘features of another.’ Once we’ve explored what they’re looking for, we assemble all their comments and visuals, blending them together into a specialized ‘home’ just for them.
Others don’t have as many “visuals” but they’ll describe in words, through the interviewing process, the vision they have for their dream home. Our experience will help guide you through decisions and choices that may otherwise not be considered. We see possibilities, find solutions and anticipate your needs— even when you have difficulty expressing them. It’s our goal to simplify the process and make the experience enjoyable.
Each design is completely different — designed with the client’s desires, tastes, budget, and lifestyle in mind. Your home will be completely different from all others because it fits you — inside and out!
